I believe most of your users would benefit from being able to customize what defines a "good quality lead"
I would like to set up what pages of my website is interesting to different people.
for an example; A potential customer is looking back and forth in our blog section but not anywhere else. This person still gets a high-quality rating but not as much as the potential customer that looks through our references. which is interesting to our sales department
we do a lot of employee branding and if a visitor visits our sites which is heavy on employee branding that is interesting to our HR
basically, I'm not able to use the existing Quality feature because it tells me nothing apart from how many pages the visitor have looked at.

I agree that there should be a way to adjust lead quality based on the company that is using Leadfeeder. My company is a contract manufacturer of cleanroom medical devices. Financial, Investment Banking, or IT services show as quality leads. I will never see a PO or project from one of these companies and showing this as a quality lead is incorrect for my industry. Please add a feature to adjust lead quality output based on the user.
