Edit options after a campaign is set.

Client request: Once a campaign is set live, it's virtually impossible to make any changes. Would like to see more options.

Track Promote campaign results outside Promote/Dealfront

Would be great to followup on campaigns from Promote outside Dealfront. Clients have campaigns in several tools so they would like to follow these under same place, like Campaign Monitor.

Seeing amount of pages when browsing target list in Promote campaign

When browsing the companies of the target group, only arrows are visible, but there is no information on how many pages there are to go through.
