Two part idea1. Populate all the available data to Salesforce on Account creation (not on link). Would help tremendously with not having to copy and paste additional field information such as Industry, Employee size, website etc.

Populating Salesforce fields with data from Leadfeeder can be done with the use of Outgoing Field Mapping. 
Currently is supported for newly created entities in the CRM, but we are working to support also the existing entities.
