It seems it would be useful for users to be able to set up multiple Alerts per Connect lists to better segment information. For example: Alerts 1 = Positive - sent out Daily - all the things that really suggest a sales person should jump on this info. Alert 2 = Negative - sent out Weekly - negative news or triggers that the sales person can then use to update their records and hold off communicating with this customer.
Having both sides in one email blurs the picture and the info.
